Text messages and TCPA consent
Providing your phone number and checking the consent box constitutes express written consent for UniversityFindr and its partner schools to contact you at that number, including via automated technology, prerecorded messages, and text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving quiz results. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. We keep a record of every consent (timestamp, IP, and consent text version) as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Sharing
We share your quiz responses and contact information only with the partner schools you consented to hear from, and with service providers that operate our messaging and hosting infrastructure. We do not sell your information to data brokers.
Your rights
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@universityfindr.com. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia) may exercise their statutory rights through the same address.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies: an attribution cookie recording whether you arrived from an AI assistant (expires after 30 days) and standard analytics cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date. Material changes to how we use contact information will require fresh consent.
