1. Acceptance of terms
By using UniversityFindr (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
UniversityFindr is an independent education research and school-matching service. We publish comparisons of accredited online colleges and, with your consent, connect you with partner schools. We are not a school, a lender, or an agent of any institution, and we do not guarantee admission, financial aid, employment, or earnings outcomes.
3. Educational information, not advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Tuition, financial aid, and accreditation details change; verify current figures with the school and with official sources such as studentaid.gov before making enrollment or borrowing decisions.
4. Compensation disclosure
UniversityFindr may receive compensation from partner schools when you request information through our quiz. Compensation does not influence editorial rankings, which follow the methodology in our editorial policy.
5. Text messaging
If you provide your phone number and express written consent, you agree to receive text messages as described in the consent language and the Privacy Policy. Consent is optional and revocable at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the Site in violation of robots.txt, submit false information through the quiz, interfere with the Site's operation, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, including the Colleges That Pay You Index, is owned by UniversityFindr. You may quote and cite our research with attribution and a link.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniversityFindr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, and our total liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
9. Changes
